The lens on my camera was dirty as hell (because I am a dummy and forgot to check it last night) and I had nothing to clean it with so, all these pics were taken with my phone. No the best but thought I would share anyway.
There was a huge turnout today both cars and people. I got there around 9:00 and based on the quality of some of the cars parked in the street I knew I wouldn't be able to park close. I ended up parked way up the street. I don't ever remember that happening before.
Today was Ferrari day but, I didn't get too many pics of them though because they had them all parked on the ramp leading to the front doors of the store so there was people all around them the whole time.
Anywho enjoy.
This 911 and the 'Cuda below were both parked outside.
All the wants. I saw this on my initial walk around but didn't take any pics. By the time I got back to it they were leaving I wish I had taken more pics the first time.

It looked lowered and had aftermarket brakes. I didn't take any pics of it though, I didn't find it very interesting just liked the sticker.

We got 700 series Volvos with 6 cylinder VW turbo diesels but I haven't heard that any made it into US markets. I guess that it could could be one.
But how did you to manage to miss the Panhard PL17?

I figured it was a diesel swap when I saw it but the owner wasn't around to ask.
I didn't miss it, I am pretty sure I already have pics of it from another time. I will dig around for them later tonight.

Yes there pretty much always is. They only have it once a month so it seems like people make a point of bringing out nice cars.

Wikipedia hinted that diesel model did exist exist in US markets during 83-86 so I guess that might be one of them. I was pretty sure that they were only making soot in Europe but I guess I was wrong.
The diesel engine used to propel these things (VW LT) in European markets but for some weird reason Volvo decided to used them too. The noise level in VW LT is incredibly high. I wouldn't suggest riding in them without any ear protection. I have learned my lesson.
Kinja is messing with me again so there might be a picture of a LT or not.

I guess I have become accustomed to it. Mrs blacktruck drives an S60, every once in a while I look for performance parts that she will never let me put on her car. If you spend enough time looking for Volvo parts you come across alot of diesel Volvo's with the exhaust sticking out of the hood.

I don't know much about it but I know there are some guys in the states who have swapped the diesels into stuff that didn't come with them.

That is the front have of a Porsche 356 kit car they are using as lawn art. They also have the nose of an old Ford truck (40ish) in another little garden area.
